We ship internationallly and orders typically ship within 48 hours. If orders are not able to ship within this 48 hour period, an email will be sent explaining the delay.
Please note that some of our items ship from within Canada and some ship from within the United States. You will find a note on each item's description indicating where it will be shipped from so customers are aware that if they purchase a product which will be shipped from outside their country of residence that customs & duty charges may apply.
Please feel comfort in our flexible return policy which allows you to order your products with confidence that any defects, sizing problems or disatisfaction can be rectified through a no-hassel refund or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return and provide a full refund. You may return unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Exchanges can be made for in-stock merchandise.
When packing your return, please indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for your return. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact DogQuality immediately at info@dogquality.com.
We will ship damaged merchandise back at our expense. We will replace the item or issue a full refund after we receive the damaged/defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement. If the product is not defective, but you are unsatisfied you may still return or exchange, but please note that you are responsible for return postage.
We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
If a refund is requested, we will issue all refunds in the form of credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. No returns or exchanges will be granted beyond 30 days after purchase.
If an exchange is requested, the new product will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of original purchase.
