Shipping & Returns
DogQuality.com is highly committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your online ordering experience. We are located in Canada and are proud to be able to offer these products to Canadian dog owners through our fast local delivery. For those four legged friends outside of Canada, do not worry as we also ship internationally to the United States, Europe and basically anywhere there are senior dogs. Orders typically ship within 48 hours. If orders are not able to ship within this 48 hour period, an email will be sent explaining the delay. You can track the status of each shipment by logging into your DogQuality.com Customer Account. All of our dog strollers come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied after using it for 30 days we will give you a 100% full return and we will even cover the costs of shipping the item back to us. At DogQuality.com we accept all major credit cards for payment of your order. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. While we are confident that you will find our regular prices the most affordable on the Internet, from time to time you may see special promotions being offered on select items. These promotions may require you to enter a specific discount code during the checkout process.
Viewing Orders
If you have registered for a DogQuality.com Customer Account you can login at anytime to review your order, track the status of delivery, print a copy of your invoice or place a re-order.
Updating Account Information
