*UPDATE: The Dogger is NOW AVAILABLE
After 2 years of customer feedback, design, testing, and re-design, we are finally ready to introduce our new dog stroller / jogger called the Dogger™. This dog stroller can be a huge help for older dogs that have trouble walking. It means that owners no longer need to leave their senior dogs behind – you can take them anywhere. Older dogs can use this dog stroller to stay active; walking when able and resting when needed. They still need to get out on those walks that they love so much, but they need to be able to stay active at their own pace.

I can hardly wait for this stroller to come to market.
Green and yellow is a great playful combination but I don’t like big dogger in front and back. It is cheesy. Other color option to consider is orange, red.

Hi Tonya,
I agree and we will work to come up with a design that is suitable for the bigger dogs. Not an easy task but I love the big ones as much as the little ones and they deserve a Big Dog Dogger
Thanks for your comment.

Ugh. This is a great stroller with ONE PROBLEM. What about those of us with larger dogs? I would LOVE to see this is a bigger size for bigger pups. Those of us with large dogs love them just as much and want to take them on those long walks they used to be able to go on.

Hi Teresa,
Sorry the 10% off was for those that had signed up for the waiting list as an early bird special on the Dogger. It expired once the Dogger was launched.
Thanks

Hi Russel – yes we are definitely open to shipping overseas. The costs are quite high to do so but the rates on our site are the lowest out there. Your Jack Russell would love the Dogger and I would be very happy to see him/her have this in their life. It can make a wonderful difference.

Hi, are you open to shipping overseas? I have a quadriplegic jack russell which could really do with a new stroller. The ones in the market here (Singapore) are not serious and don’t last very long. I need this for the long term.

Hi Janet,
The zipper is very strong, but the best part is you don’t really need to unzip anything. You can do what I do which is take advantage of the velcro. The canopy secures to the basket by velcro and rather than unzipping I just roll it up when I put my dog inside and seal it back up afterwards.
Thanks
Ann-Marie

Hi there, Is the zipper a stronger zipper then the other stroller zippers, because the Doggy stroller I purchased a few months ago is not that strong and is tempermental. Thankyou, Janet/Calgary

Hello!
I see that the Dogger is up on your site to order! That is EXCITING! I’ve a question though, I signed up to the mailing list and it says up there that you get a 10% discount if you do. I’m hoping my email hasn’t eaten any emails from you guys, is there a discount code or something I’m to type in? Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback everyone – when ready with some potential colour combos we will put it to a vote and let our customers decide what the next colour should be.
For now we will focus on getting the existing design out to you as soon as possible. I am so excited that it is difficult to be patient, but I know it will be worth the wait for everyone. You are really going to love this stroller.

November now?
Sad. I’ve so been looking forward to this. I don’t mind the green personally. Blue would be nice. Not a huge fan of the yellow with the brand huge across it but doesn’t really matter. All that matters is going out for a walk with this! Of course, by November it might be too cold here in Calgary to take him out at all.

The green isn’t doing it for me. Colors I would prefer are beige, red, blue.

Ann-Marie:
Me again … Mid November is fine with me. Kia will have to wait to use it ’til spring, since we live in southern Ontario. Also known as the Snow belt. But, it will be worth it with the changes. Thanks for letting us know.

Sorry everyone but we are now looking at a middle of November release – I’ve added some additional padding to the basket frame to make it more comfortable and that has unfortunately caused an additional delay. I just want it to be perfect so I felt it worth the extra time to make sure we get it just right.

Hi Panda,
Thanks for the comment
To start we just have the green with the yellow – it works for both male and female dogs. Don’t you like it? We will eventually have some different colours. If you had your choice what colours would you like?
Thanks again

Your reviews are very valuable, thanks for putting them together! Does the dogger come in different colors? (fingers are crossed, please, please say yes)

Hi Bonnie,
The drink holder will be priced at $9.95 and so will the safety lights (2 in each set). I am working on an ortho pad made of memory foam which I am hoping to be able to offer for $14.95 or less. Mackenzie is not laying on it in the photos, but he is laying on one in this video: http://www.dogquality.com/blog/the-dogger-debuts-at-paws-for-a-cause/. I have it placed over the pad that comes with the Dogger and it works great. I have still not 100% finalized the ortho pad, but i’ll let you know when I have the final version and pricing.
thanks

Hi Ann-Marie:
Can you give us any prices on the accessories yet? I’m especially interested in the drink holder. And, want to know if Mackenzie is laying on the orthopedic pad? Is it made of memory foam?
Thanks

Hi Bonnie,
Thanks for your comment and your excitement. The Dogger does come with a rain cover so your dog will be nice and dry – you on the other hand might be the one getting wet
It is a simple slip on transparent cover that works like a charm. I’ll add a photo of it so you can see. I have tested it in the rain and there is no staining from the green material. There is no extra charge for the cover – it is included in the price of the Dogger.
Thanks again
Ann-Marie

Hi:)
I like everyone else am chomping at the bit for this stroller, I just have to wait for mid-October though! I was wondering if you were thinking of making a rain cover for it. Will the green material stain with the rain? I know that my dog really hates getting wet, and a protector of some sort would really help,
thanks,

Hi Bella – we expect it to be quite good since the wheels are 12″ and quite wide giving you the power needed to get through the snow and slush. Of course it depends on how deep the snow is, but normal road or sidewalk levels should not be a problem.
Thanks
Ann-Marie
